Life can throw us lots of curve balls and we may not always know how to navigate those changes in our lives. I am here to help. I take a collaborative approach to therapy and I will never pretend to be the expert of your life because that will always be you. I will, however, listen to you and challenge you to grow to your full potential. It would be an honor to travel this journey of healing with you. I offer both in-person and Telehealth sessions. In-person sessions are offered in Gastonia, NC and Huntersville, NC. I am licensed to see clients in both NC and SC. I look forward to working with you.
